EnergYse - Exercise for the over 50's Please be aware - following Government advice we will be working to an adapted timetable in August. You will need to pre-book before attending a YMCA activity and can do so here. YMCA Cheltenham has an exciting range of classes for the over 50s – Energyse. Our aerobics classes are tailored for the over 50’s to be low impact and work on mobility, flexibility and exercises that are functional and help out in everyday life (activities of daily living). Delivered by our qualified instructor classes are structured in a way that if there are certain exercises that you cannot do alternatives can be offered. And after the class, why not take advantage of our Café Y and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with you class mates! As well as our EnergYse aerobic classes we also offer other classes for the over 50s including: Table Tennis Short Tennis and Badminton Coaching As with all our over 50s classes each is tailored to the older adult and are great fun.
