Are you looking for your next exciting challenge?  YMCA Cheltenham is looking for an experienced Administrator to provide general administration support to the Senior Leadership Team and the wider organisation. 

Since 2014 YMCA Cheltenham has grown from having one supported housing project of 50 beds to being able to offer more than 250 beds every night, including long-term affordable accommodation, low to high level supported accommodation, and emergency homeless provision. The Administrator role

You will be part of the essential administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team and wider organisation. You will be reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant and will be the first point of contact for general queries, emails and administrative tasks.  In addition, you will assist the Senior Executive Assistant and wider Senior Leadership Team in the collection and presentation of KPI data and in providing project support as and when required.

To be successful in this role, you will be confident to work independently and able to meet deadlines. You will have previous experience as an administrator, excellent standard of literacy, numeracy and English language skills and have A levels or equivalent. It would be desirable to have a higher education qualification. You should be flexible and enjoy being responsive, be organised, be able to communicate effectively and be attentive to detail. Ability to drive is desirable.

You must also be highly competent in office technologies, including Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based systems as well as being familiar with office equipment.
